LABS
Electronics
Electronics is the branch of Science & Technology which makes use of the controlled motion of electrons through different media and vacuum. It is the world of communications through novel techniques. This department was established in the year 1993. The department is taking much effort to inject the aspects of electronics to make future scientists of the nation.
Physics
the science of nature in the broadest sense is the discipline of Science dealing with the properties of matter and energy. It Includes acoustics, atomic physics, electromagnetism, elementary particle physics, mechanics, molecular physics, nuclear physics, optics, quantum physics, solid state physics, thermodynamics and many more. The physics department was established in the year 1993. Since then it is trying to mould young minds to learn rudimentary of science to become young innovators in the future era.
Computer Science
Computer Science or Computing Science (sometimes abbreviated CS) is the study of the theoretical foundations of information and computation and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems. The department was established during the academic year 1993. The department has four computer labs with 200 computer systems with configurations such Pentium processors, Intel motherboard, LCD monitors etc with the languages installed such as Turbo C, Turbo C++ and Java.
Mathematics
Mathematics is the study of quantity, structure, space, and change. Mathematicians seek out patterns, formulate new conjectures, and establish truth by rigorous deduction from appropriately chosen axioms and definitions.Through the use of abstraction and logical reasoning, mathematics evolved from counting, calculation, measurement, and the systematic study of the shapes and motions of physical objects. Practical mathematics has been a human activity for as far back as written records exist.
Statistics
Statistics is the science of making effective use of numerical data relating to groups of individuals or experiments. It deals with the aspects, including not only the collection, analysis and interpretation of such data, but also the planning of the collection of data, in terms of the design of surveys and experiments. A statistician is someone who is particularly versed in the ways of thinking necessary for the successful application of statistical analysis. The department was started in the year 1993.
Chemistry
Chemistry is the science of matter and the changes it undergoes. It is the science for studies of various atoms, molecules, crystals and other aggregates of matter whether in isolation or combination, which incorporates the concepts of energy and entropy in relation to the spontaneity of chemical processes. The department was started in the year 1993. It was started to thrust the area of study to understand physical and biological terms.
Microbiology
Microbiology is the study of microorganisms, which are unicellular or cell-cluster microscopic organisms. This includes eukaryotes such as fungi and prokaryotes. Microbiology refers to the study of life and organisms that are too small to be seen with the naked eye. Microbiology typically includes the study of the immune system or Immunology. The department was established in the year 1994 to make young minds give their contribution in the present molecular world.
Botany Lab
Botany Laboratory is well equipped with compound and Dissecting microscopes enough for each student to individually use it in class. Besides this the laboratory has anemometer, psychrometer, luxmeter, Soil Thermometer, pH meter, spectrophotometer, potometer, computer, laminar air-flow, autoclave hi-speed centrifuge and microtome for specific experiments for undergraduate level.
Zoology Lab
Zoology branch of biology concerned with the study of animal life. From earliest times animals have been vitally important to man; cave art demonstrates the practical and mystical significance animals held for pre-historic man.
